The textiles and kimono we sell are especially sought after by quilters, but they can be incorporated into other fabric projects as well. We work directly with people who have long term relationships with the product's place of origin. They are either from that country or have lived or worked there for many years.
Payment
Payment is due within three days of purchase, ten if it is coming by mail.  Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders.  Checks and money orders should be made out to Heart of Healing Gallery. Items will be shipped after the check or money order is cleared.
Shipping
Our gallery is open Saturday and Sunday noon to 5, so at this time we are shipping on Fridays, but can make arrangements for rush orders, if needed. Our rates are based on the United States Post Office's flat rate envelopes and boxes. It is sometimes hard to guess what combination buyers will use if they purchase multiple items, but if we overestimate on shipping prices, we will refund the difference (if it is over $1). If we underestimate, we cover the difference unless it is more than $5.

We offer free shipping on multiple purchases over $100.
Refunds and Exchanges
We'll take back any returns for any reason if it is sent back in the same condition within three days of receipt. We feel that this is the downside of selling online and even though we work hard to have good photos, everybody's computer monitors translate colors differently, or the piece might not have the tactile feel that was expected, or who knows? If you are not happy, we are not happy.

The catch is that we can't afford to refund shipping. So, we'll refund the item, but not the shipping cost and the customer pays for shipping it back.
